Your Ad Astra Project Team:
Project Manager:
The Project Manager is your implementation's main point of contact, managing alignment to your goals, project scope and project timeline. They navigate any changes in scope to ensure that resources are properly allocated.
Technical Resource:
The Technical Resource aids in the set-up and configuration of your environment. Through identification of technical gaps, your Technical Resource also captures and updates problems and facilitates coordination with the Ad Astra Project and Support Teams.
Implementation Consultant:
Serving as the front-end product subject matter expert, your Implementation Consultant is responsible for execution, initial configuration, and deployment of your onboarding project. They provide consultation for configuration decisions and support initial train-the-trainer efforts for implementation.
