Excelencia in Education

Founded in 2004, Excelencia in Education accelerates Latino student success in higher education, addressing the U.S. economy’s demand for a highly educated workforce and civic leadership. The organization provides data-driven analysis of Latino educational outcomes, advocates for effective policies, and connects professionals dedicated to advancing academic achievement for Latino students. Cyizere Girls Scholarship Fund, Faith Missions

Faith Missions works to transform the lives of young Rwandan women through the Cyizere Girls Scholarship Fund, offering educational opportunities that empower women to utilize their inherent gifts and talents and build successful careers. Learn more>>

Hispanic Development Fund

The Greater Kansas City Hispanic Development Fund (HDF) improves the quality of life for Latino families in Kansas City through philanthropy, scholarships, and community engagement. In 2022, in partnership with regional higher education institutions, HDF awarded over $900,000 in scholarships to 416 students, helping remove financial barriers to college and guiding families through the college-going process. KC Scholars creates lasting individual and regional impact by supporting the Kansas City economy and workforce. Through scholarships, college savings incentives, and academic support, the organization helps low- and moderate-income students and adults achieve postsecondary credentials or degrees, paving the way for long-term success. Valor Partners Foundation

Valor Partners is dedicated to supporting military and veteran families by providing financial aid and scholarships. Guided by the core values of Honor, Educate, and Innovate, Valor Partners has awarded approximately 1,700 scholarships in collaboration with 57 colleges, universities, and technical schools across 13 states, benefiting the spouses and children of disabled or deceased veterans.
