The Sections List is a user-friendly page that displays information about the sections imported into Astra Schedule and can be filtered to view specific sections.

The Section Record shows all information for a section that has been imported into Astra Schedule. Easily find the enrollment, dates, times, and room for the section all in one place. Do you have multiple meetings for a single section? They'll display here as well!

Scheduling Preferences are the rules that Astra Schedule’s Room Optimization uses to bulk assign rooms to sections. These are customizable to the institution's needs and can be updated each term.

Creating events from the Scheduling Grid is easy when using the Create Event Modal. Here, you can capture basic information and save the event in real-time to the calendar.

Customize and use the Event Request Form to capture any requests for events on campus so you can gather the information needed to approve or deny requests!
